About The Workout
Each interval class incorporates weights, cardio, balance, flexibility and DRIVE Cardio’s signature resistance rack in a sequence of ever-changing exercises that ensure a fun and challenging workout experience – regardless of your fitness level. Instructors offer personalized attention in a high-energy, group setting, motivating members of all ability levels to achieve their personal fitness goals.

FUBODCONFULL BODY CONDITIONING
This 1-hour class focuses on training your entire body – head to toe. From treadmill walking or running and elliptical trainer aerobic work, to squats and lunges for legs, dynamic core exercises for that tight mid-section, chest, back, arm and shoulder exercises with free weights, resistance bands, TRX straps and STARTRAC functional trainers.
This class gets you pumped and burning calories at a higher rate, long after the workout is over. The sequence of exercises will change frequently, to maximize the results and give you that toned, fit look as quickly as possible.
TOPBLAST CARDIOCORE / ARMS / SHOULDERS
This class is about the upper body “trouble” spots. A variety of tools are used to target your tricep, bicep and shoulders. Floor work is used to shape your core, involving planks, leg lifts , rotational core work and many more abdominal exercises. This class will give you a top notch core workout you will feel for days, and you will see the results, which is even more rewarding. The cardio part is about treadmill walking and running, with you challenging yourself at your ability level, to achieve a great heart rate throughout the workout. If you like looking great in short sleeves, this class is a must, because it guarantees that you will.
DRIVE DYNAMIC ENERGYSTRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY
1 hour of non-stop action, involving your entire body with a focus on strength and flexibility. With sports-inspired movements to create a workout featuring dynamic stretching, plyometrics, isometrics, open chain exercises for the lower body and free-weights for upper body work, this workout will sculpt your body. The cardiovascular challenge will also come from short interval treadmill segments to maximize the calorie burn during the workout and increase your cardiovascular capacity, which is a crucial element of fat burning.
